Balance and withdrawal ledger
Understand Why the Deposit and Payout Rails Can Differ
A card can fund an account even when it is not offered as a withdrawal destination. The practical task is to preserve payment ownership and follow the payout route displayed for the verified account.
Record the card deposit
Keep the amount, date, deposit reference and masked card identifier. This proves the original funding trail without exposing a complete card number or security code.
Open the withdrawal list
Use the signed-in cashier to see which payout routes are currently available. If bank transfer is shown but card payout is not, that is a routing difference rather than proof that the deposit failed.
Match the bank owner
The receiving bank account should normally belong to the same verified person. Check account-name spelling, currency and requested bank fields before submitting.
Separate refund from withdrawal
A card refund returns a qualifying payment to the original card, while a withdrawal sends an approved balance through the available payout rail. These are different transaction types and can have different timelines.
Escalate with both references
If the route is rejected, give support the original deposit reference and the new withdrawal request ID. Ask whether ownership, bank details, turnover or verification is the incomplete stage.

Why is my card missing from withdrawal options?
Cards can be deposit-only while the cashier offers a separate verified payout route.
Is a bank transfer the same as a card refund?
No. A refund and a withdrawal are different payment events with different references.
What bank details should be checked?
Use only the fields requested on the live cashier and confirm the receiving account belongs to the verified account holder.
