Balance and withdrawal ledger
Read Each Withdrawal Stage on Its Own Clock
Pending, approved, processed and completed describe different parts of a payout. Record when each state begins so internal review time is not confused with bank or wallet delivery time.
Capture the request
Save the request ID, amount, currency, method and submission time immediately. This is the anchor for every later message or status change.
Check action-required messages
Look for a secure verification request, cashier notice or account message. Complete only the stated task and record the upload or response time.
Separate review and delivery
Operator review happens before the payment provider receives an instruction. The provider timeline should be counted from the processed or sent state, not automatically from the original request.
Avoid resetting the clock
Cancelling and resubmitting can create a new request ID and a fresh review. Do not reverse the request solely to make a pending label disappear.
Escalate the exact overdue stage
When the published window has passed, ask which stage remains incomplete and who owns the next action. Include one current screenshot and the original reference instead of opening duplicate cases.

Questions players ask
Does pending mean declined?
No. Pending normally means the request remains in a review or processing queue.
When does bank delivery time begin?
Usually after the request is processed or sent, not simply when it is first submitted.
Should I reverse a pending request?
Only after understanding the balance and review effect; reversing can restart the process.
