Balance and withdrawal ledger

Separate Two Different Turnover Rules

A cash deposit can carry a payment-related turnover check while an accepted reward can create a separate bonus requirement. Treat them as different ledgers so the remaining amount and withdrawal state make sense.

Name the balance source

Identify whether the active amount came from a cash deposit, bonus credit, free-round winnings or a mixture. The source determines which term set and progress meter should be read.

Write multiplier and base together

A one-times deposit rule and a multi-times bonus rule do not produce the same target. Record both the multiplier and the defined base instead of comparing multiplier numbers alone.

Check qualifying play

Not every game or stake contributes equally. Read the current contribution table, excluded titles and maximum qualifying bet before relying on a displayed total.

Track each meter separately

If the account shows more than one progress state, note the starting target, completed amount and remaining amount for each. A completed deposit check does not automatically clear a bonus restriction.

Read the withdrawal effect

Before requesting a payout, confirm which balance would be removed, converted or left restricted. Cancelling a reward can affect bonus funds and related winnings, while the cash ledger may remain separate.

Questions players ask

Are deposit and bonus wagering the same?

No. They can use different bases, multipliers and qualifying activity even when both appear on one account.

Why did progress move slowly?

The game contribution rate, excluded play or maximum qualifying stake may reduce the amount credited.

Can I withdraw after one meter completes?

Check whether any other restriction remains and which balance the request would use.
