Know Which Part of the Balance Can Move
A single headline balance can combine amounts governed by different rules. Use the account detail to distinguish deposited cash, credited rewards, converted value and the amount currently available for withdrawal.
Start with the balance labels
Copy the exact names and amounts shown for cash, bonus, locked and withdrawable value. Do not infer withdrawability from the total alone.
Trace the latest movement
Review the transaction history around the last deposit, reward credit, wager and adjustment. The sequence shows which ledger funded play and where returns were placed.
Check conversion conditions
A restricted amount may move to cash only after turnover, expiry or another rule is satisfied. Record the current progress and any conversion cap before estimating what can be withdrawn.
Preview cancellation
If a cancellation control is available, read the confirmation screen before using it. It may remove the bonus and winnings linked to that reward, and the effect can be final.
Reconcile before withdrawal
Compare the requested amount with the withdrawable figure, not the total. If the numbers do not reconcile, preserve the balance screen and ask support which ledger creates the difference.
